Integrating physicians and advanced practice providers into their new roles – whether permanent or temporary assignments – requires a holistic approach that not only transcends orientation but is also tailored to the specific needs of the provider. Yet new research jointly commissioned by AAPPR, Jackson Physician Search, and LocumTenens.com shows that 43% of providers are not receiving formal onboarding at their current job, putting them at risk for lower engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Join this webinar to learn how in-house recruiters, physicians, and advanced practice providers working in permanent roles or locum tenens assignments perceive the onboarding experience. We’ll explore ways you can rethink your organization’s onboarding program to make a memorable impression on new providers while supporting them in reaching full productivity faster and easier.
