Redefining Recruitment to Retention

AAPPR Webinar: The Key to Your DEI Strategy - Optimizing the Candidate Experience

Creating a diverse and inclusive workplace is a top priority for organizations nationwide.  As institutions employ DEI-based strategies, most are concerned they are not doing enough. Additionally, the intention to bring DEI to the hiring process does not always translate when it comes to the treatment of potential employees. Optimizing the candidate’s experience is critical to the consideration of an opportunity. Bring equity and inclusion to your best practices while ensuring that every candidate interviewed feels valued and respected.
