Christy Bray serves as the Chief Customer Officer at PracticeLink.com, a leading platform in healthcare recruitment. PracticeLink’s mission is to connect healthcare professionals with opportunities that best match their skills and aspirations while empowering healthcare organizations to find the talent they need to deliver exceptional patient care. 

Christy has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, having held various leadership roles and served as an in-house recruiter. She is skilled in provider relations, team building, process improvement, and staffing solutions. Christy previously served on several committees for the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment (AAPPR). 

Christy received her bachelor’s degree in health and sport sciences from the University of Oklahoma while working as a student athletic trainer. She completed her master’s degree in healthcare administration and management at Colorado State University. Christy enjoys living in Spring Hill, Tennessee, and stays busy with her sons, Orsen Allen, age 15, and Walter Aaron, age 12; her niece, Aurabella Sue, age 15; and her Sheepadoodle, Brinkley.

Helene Gleason, MA, CPRP, is the Director of Talent Activation Services at PracticeLink, a role she has held since September 2026. Helene has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership, provider recruitment, sourcing, change management, and marketing communications.

Helene is passionate about improving access to high-quality healthcare in communities across the country. She has held provider recruitment and sourcing leadership roles with national health systems, developing strategies to strengthen candidate pipelines and recruitment outcomes. In her current role with PracticeLink, she helps ensure healthcare organizations fully leverage PracticeLink's comprehensive recruitment services, enabling clients to maximize performance and meet hiring goals.

A Pittsburgh Pirates fan, she resides in Western Pennsylvania with her husband and two busy teenagers.
