Michael Messier serves as Senior VP of Business Development at the Medicus Firm. He has been with The Medicus Firm for 8 years, focused on assisting hospitals and healthcare organizations nationwide with finding top talent. During his time at TMF he has held multiple roles, starting as a business development rep, to overseeing a small team of 3 sales reps, to running the entire Physician Search Department. He has earned many awards during his tenure, including the “Leadership Excellence Award” in 2020.

 

Michael was born in Northern California and grew up in Boise, Idaho. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Idaho. After spending nearly 10 years in Dallas, Texas, he, and his wife returned to Coeur d Alene, ID to raise their two beautiful daughters, Reese, and Riley, and their two rambunctious dogs.
