Redefining Recruitment to Retention

Provider Compensation Trends

In this webinar, consultants from Katz, Sapper & Miller’s healthcare practice will join us to discuss provider compensation trends and myths. Topics will include the impact of recent regulatory changes and the pandemic on compensation from market and valuation standpoints. We will also explore how regions and locality can affect compensation opportunities. Trending of survey data and physician compensation design, as well as common benchmarking myths, will also be presented. This webinar is designed to be a follow-up to an initial webinar on June 7, 2022, that focused on foundations in provider compensation.
